Questions we get
We already run an ERP. Does this replace it?
No. Your ERP holds the financial truth and keeps holding it. TrueLinks connects through True ERP Core, reads and writes what it needs, and owns the intelligence layer above. We never rebuild ledger functions.
How do you charge for technicians, tenants and vendors?
We don't. The field and the outside get role-scoped access rather than seats: technicians, site engineers, tenants, vendors and your own clients. Metering the edge is what stops adoption, so it is kept out of the architecture.
Is Arabic a translation layer on top?
No. Arabic and English are structural at every level, and right-to-left is a layout requirement rather than a translation pass. The field apps are the most Arabic-first surfaces we ship, dictation included.
Where can an answer come from?
Two grounded layers and nothing else: the codes that govern the work, and your own policies, registers and history. Every answer carries a citation, and where the evidence is thin it says so. Your documents stay isolated to your organisation and never train a model.
