Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TrueLinks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Description of Service
TrueLinks is an AI-assisted construction intelligence platform that provides document analysis, project management, and procurement tooling. Features vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Enterprise accounts may add members within their organisation; individual account holders may not join enterprise organisations.
Acceptable Use
You may not use TrueLinks to violate any applicable law, infringe third-party intellectual property, upload malicious content, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform. Automated access beyond normal integration use requires prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
TrueLinks and its underlying technology are owned by TrueLinks. You retain ownership of documents and data you upload. You grant TrueLinks a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.
Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by law. Enterprise pricing is governed by a separate order form.
Limitation of Liability
TrueLinks is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueLinks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. AI-generated outputs are advisory only and must be independently verified before use on site.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
