Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TrueLinks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Description of Service
TrueLinks is an AI-assisted construction intelligence platform that provides document analysis, project management, site analysis, and procurement tooling across web and mobile apps. Features vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account, including device-level protection. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Enterprise administrators are responsible for workspace membership and policy controls.
Acceptable Use
You may not use TrueLinks to violate any applicable law, infringe third-party intellectual property, upload malicious content, generate harmful content, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform. Automated access beyond normal integration use requires prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
TrueLinks and its underlying technology are owned by TrueLinks. You retain ownership of documents and data you upload. You grant TrueLinks a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service; this licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, and we do not use your confidential content to train generally available AI models.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information of the other, including tender submissions, bills of quantities, pricing, supplier and contract data, and non-public technical or commercial information. The receiving party will use such information solely to provide or use the service, will protect it with the same care it applies to its own confidential information (and no less than a reasonable standard), and will disclose it only to personnel and advisers with a need to know who are bound by comparable obligations. These duties do not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, was already lawfully known, is independently developed without reference to the disclosing party, or must be disclosed by law or court order.
Data Protection and Security
We safeguard the data you entrust to us with technical and organisational measures appropriate to its sensitivity: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging of data access. Data is hosted on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure in the Middle East (Doha) or US regions depending on your plan, and is retained and deleted in line with our retention policy. We engage a limited set of vetted sub-processors to operate the service and do not share identifiable personal data in AI prompts. Our processing aligns with Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016). We will notify affected customers without undue delay of any personal-data breach that materially affects them. For full detail on the data we collect and how we handle it, see our Privacy Policy.
Mutual Non-Disclosure
During pilots, evaluations, and pre-contract discussions, both parties will keep confidential any materials the other shares for that purpose, including demonstrations, roadmaps, pricing, and sample data, and will use them only to assess the potential engagement. For enterprise engagements, a separate signed mutual non-disclosure agreement is available and, once executed, governs the exchange of confidential information and prevails over this section to the extent of any conflict. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these confidentiality obligations continue for three years after the information is disclosed; obligations relating to trade secrets survive for as long as the information remains a trade secret under applicable law.
Mobile Application Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the TrueLinks mobile app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the usage rules of the Apple App Store and Google Play. For the iOS app, you acknowledge that these terms are between you and TrueLinks (not Apple), that Apple has no obligation to provide support, and that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce these terms against you.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Mobile subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are charged and auto-renew under the store’s billing rules; you can manage or cancel them in your store account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Web and enterprise billing is governed by a separate order form. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by law or store policy.
AI Outputs and Professional Responsibility
AI-generated outputs are advisory only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be independently reviewed and verified by a qualified professional before being relied upon for any safety-critical, legal, contractual, or financial decision. You remain solely responsible for decisions made using the platform.
AI Business Reports and Public-Source Research
The AI business report offered on our website is generated from what you tell us and from publicly available information. By requesting one you agree that: (a) we research the company name, website address or description you submit using public sources, which may include the company's own website and public professional or social profiles; (b) those inputs and that research are processed by third-party AI model providers acting as our sub-processors under terms that prohibit using your data to train their models; (c) the report is an automated, indicative assessment: every figure in it is an estimate rather than a commitment or professional advice, and section 11 applies to it in full; and (d) the email address you provide is used to send you the report and, where it is a company address, to follow up with you about it. Your email address is never included in the material sent to AI model providers, and we do not sell it. The number of reports available per email address is limited. You may ask us to delete your report and your address at any time by writing to contact@truelinks.ai.
Limitation of Liability
TrueLinks is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueLinks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from unverified reliance on platform output.
Account Termination and Deletion
You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or as described on our Account & Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data is deleted in line with our retention policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The courts of Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of TrueLinks.
