Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, organisation details) and information generated through your use of TrueLinks (project data, uploaded documents, AI interaction logs). We do not sell personal data to third parties.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and improve the platform, provide AI-assisted construction intelligence, send service communications, and comply with legal obligations. AI models process your data only as instructed by your account actions.
Data Storage and Security
Data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure in the Middle East (me-central1) or US regions depending on your account plan. We apply encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access control, and audit logging for all data access.
Document and AI Data
Documents you upload are processed by our backend AI pipeline. Document content may be stored as vector embeddings for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Raw document files are stored in GCS and are accessible only to your organisation.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus a 90-day grace period. You may request deletion at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.
Third-Party Services
TrueLinks uses Google Gemini and OpenAI APIs to power AI agents. These providers process prompts and responses in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not share identifiable personal data in AI prompts.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Contact contact@truelinks.ai to exercise these rights.
