For each role: people × days a week × 8 hours a day × 46 working weeks × the share TrueLinks handles. Add the roles up and that is the hours back. Cost an hour is the monthly pay divided by 208 paid hours, Qatar's 48-hour week across the year, the same divisor a payslip uses. The share starts at 35% and rises 5 points for each area you pick, up to 55%.
